Instructions for creating a signature in Outlook

If you are having trouble with the formatting of your signature in Outlook don't worry. We have you covered.

  1. Highlight and copy the signatures below.

  2. In Outlook, open the signature panel. This can be found either in your  preferences or in the toolbar when creating a new email.

  3. Click the plus sign to create a new signature

  4. After clearing the initial contents from the editor window, paste in the signature copied from this page.

  5. Edit the contents of your signature to match the information you would like displayed in your emails.

  6. Once you have completed your edits go ahead and close the signature panel.

  7. That's it! Your signature is now available to be added to any emails you send.
